BUTLER TOWNSHIP - On Wednesday, May 18th, at approximately 5:50 in the morning, Butler Township Police received a report of a PFA (Protection From Abuse) violation.
Upon further investigation, the Butler Township Police Department charged Paul Yashur, 66, of Conyngham with a misdemeanor count of Contempt for Violation of Order or Agreement.
Yashur turned himself into police headquarters. He was arraigned in front of Magistrate Daniel O’Donnell, Sugarloaf.
Yashur’s bail was set at $5,000 straight cash. He was able to post bail and released on his own recognizance until his hearing on Tuesday, May 24th at the Luzerne County Court House.
