MCADOO - Shortly after 12 o'clock PM today, Kline Township Police responded to a domestic call on Snyder Avenue in the McAdoo Heights.
According to neighbors, a man threw acid in a woman's face inside their home.
We can verify that the two were taken into custody,
The male is being identified by police as Gerald Fisher, 48, of McAdoo.
Subsequently upon police arrival, the block was taped off as they investigated.
A resident reports that he over heard emergency crew state that it's been proven to be factual, and that a meth lab was being operated from the home on Snyder Avenue.
However, we can't - and we won't - confirm the legitimacy of the reports until officials come forth with an actual statement.
Around 6:30 PM, all units were clearing from the scene.
Police are still investigating the potential meth lab, according to the McAdoo Fire Chief, Robert Leshko.

**UPDATE (Monday, August 15th 9:38 PM)**
Lorraine Searfoss is the Fisher's girlfriend who had acid splashed in her face.
On Monday afternoon, Fisher was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Stephen Bayer.
His bail was set at 10 percent of $25,000.
Fisher currently sits in Schuylkill County Prison in Pottsville.
