At approximately 12:29 on Sunday morning, Hazleton City Police responded to 211 South Pine Street for a report of a fight, according to a press release.
Upon arrival, Police determined that the victim, Brent Bianco, 20, was residing at 209 South Pine Street with several other people.
Matthew Edmonds 27, was located inside of the residence who initially provided officers with a false identity of another male who had a Warrant for Arrest.
Edmonds then admitted his true identity and was found to be wanted for a State Parole Violation and was taken into custody. Edmonds was charged with False Identification to Law Enforcement.
