WHITE HAVEN, Pa. -- Police say a month-long investigation resulted in a man facing drug charges.
21-year-old, Edward M. Hogan III, of White Haven, is facing various drug charges following an investigation involving the Luzerne County District Attorney’s Drug Task Force.
According to a press release, Hogan sold marijuana to an undercover officer on two separate occasions.
A search warrant was served at the residence in the 400 block of Northumberland Street in White Haven.
It was not made immediately clear when the search warrant was served, but police said officers seized marijuana, $457 in cash, and a large amount of drug paraphernalia.
Hogan was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance and manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent before Magisterial District Judge Joseph Halesey on Monday.
Hogan is next scheduled for a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Ronald Swank at 10:30 a.m. on March 22.
He's currently jailed at the Luzerne County Correctional Facility for lack of $25,000 bail.
