MCADOO, Pa. -- On Thursday, August 3rd, a disabled male told Police in McAdoo that an elderly man performed a sex act on him at the man's home in the borough.
77-year-old, Thomas J. Danishesfsky, was taken into custody by Police the next day.
Thomas faces two felony charges of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse of a person with a disability and sexual assault, along with a misdemeanour for indecent assault.
Thomas was unable to post $50,000 bail set that day by Magisterial District Judge Stephen Bayer, Tamaqua, during his preliminary arraignment.
Thomas wasn't charged with rape, he was charged with performing a sex act.
