DRUMS - On Tuesday, September 6th, shortly before 8 o'clock in the morning, Butler Township Police arrested a wanted person following a traffic stop.
Marcos T. Millian-Rivera, 40, of Kulpmont, Pennsylvania, was arrested on the above date and time after a traffic stop was conducted.
The driver of the vehicle was identified as Marcos T. Millian-Rivera, 40, of Kulpmont, Pennsylvania.
Upon running a background check, Police learned there was an active arrest warrant for him from the Schuylkill County Sheriff’s Office for Failure To Appear for numerous charges; Simple Assault, Criminal Trespass, and Bad Checks.
He also had a suspended Driver’s License at the time of the traffic stop.
He was taken into custody and lodged in the Luzerne County Correctional Facility to await transfer to Schuylkill County.
