BUTLER TOWNSHIP - Shortly after twelve o'clock noon on Saturday, May 7th, 2016, Butler Township Police responded to a report of an intoxicated male laying in the roadway of 330 North Hunter Highway in Drums.
The male was identified as fifty-three-year-old, Fuentes-Vasquez.
According to the initial police report, he was making threats towards officers with profane language. In addition, Fuentes-Vasquez was spotted throwing trash in a nearby parking lot.
Fuentes-Vasquez was then transported to Leigh Valley Hospital Hazleton for an evaluation by Valley Regional EMS.
Butler Township Police filed three non-traffic citations on Fuentes-Vasquez with Magistrate O’Donnell’s Office in Sugarloaf. The citations are Public Drunkenness, Disorderly Conduct, and Scattering Rubbish.
