HAZLETON, Pa. -- On Sunday, April 30th, around 4:30 in the afternoon noon, Police responded to the 500 block of East Diamond Avenue for a report of kidnapping.
Upon investigation, it was determined that the victim was held against his will at a residence in the 400 block of East Diamond Avenue.
The victim was treated for his injuries at a local hospital and later released.
35-year-old, Carlos Castillo, of Hazleton and 21-year-old, Martin Lara Casado, of Hazleton are both wanted for conspiracy to Commit Aggravated Assault, Conspiracy to Commit Unlawful Restraint, and Conspiracy to Commit Kidnapping.
Hazleton Police searched the area throughout the evening and early morning hours and believe the individuals may have fled to Paterson, New Jersey or Brooklyn, NY where they have ties.
