SUGARLOAF, Pa. -- On Friday, February 24th, Sugarloaf Township Police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle driven by a man.
During the traffic stop, Officers discover a crack pipe and a bag of crack cocaine.
The man stated that the items were not his.
The man stated that he just gave a ride to a Brittany Figas, and she must have dropped the items in his car.
Officers were able to get Figas on the phone, and she admitted the items belonged to her.
Due to the Officers' knowledge of Figas having an active warrant they asked her if she would come to their station to give a statement.
Figas agreed and when she arrived at the station she was taken into custody for her warrant.
Figas was transported and lodged at the Luzerne County Correctional Facility.
