HAZLETON - On June 24th, Shelby Pavlich, 23, of Mountain Top was taken into custody by Hazleton Police at the intersection of East Diamond Ave and North Wyoming Street on an outstanding criminal warrant for forgery and related offences.
A search incident to arrest uncovered that she was in possession of drug paraphernalia.
She was charged with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and public drunkenness.
Pavlcik was transported to LCCF for overnight arraignment, where she was arraigned and lodged in lieu of $25,000.00 bail on the forgery warrant.
A preliminary hearing was scheduled for the most recent arrest on Wednesday, 29 June 2016 in front of MDJ Joseph Zola.
At that time Pavlick pleaded guilty to the violations from the June 24th offense.
